This unique memorial is placed in Meeteetse, WY. The man it honors loved to drive truck and his family wanted this love of trucking expressed in the memorial. Of course it would have been easy to engrave a picture of a truck on a piece of granite along with his name. But who would want to see that?
The truck is solid stainless steel and has real working lights. The crates were created using stamped stainless that has the appearance of wood and treated to appear golden in color. The solar panel is embedded in the trailer bed and even has a horn that can be honked whenever the family visits the cemetery. The truck is over 6’ long and is detailed as it appears.
